  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days.

Please note that transit times may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors.

4. Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, which includes:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 4–5 business days
5. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping rate of £20 GBP on all orders.

There are no hidden charges. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We deliver to locations supported by our logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process or after placing your order.
