9. Wrong Address Responsibility

Plantixo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Such orders are not eligible for refunds.

11. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

We do not apply any hidden fees or additional charges.
